Do you have questions?

Can I use a custom domain name with AppDrag?

Yes, of course, you can redirect your existing domain to your website on AppDrag. You can also transfer or buy new domains directly with us.
Note: This option requires Cover, Basic, Pro or Ultra plans.

What forms of payment do you accept? 

We accept debit and all major credit cards (through STRIPE). When you process a payment with us, your card's information does not get stored in our database; we only keep a card fingerprint in order to renew your subscriptions, if needed.

Can I have a custom email address?

For domains hosted with us, we include amail aliases (quantity of aliases depends on your plan).

Can I upgrade my plan if I have already subscribed?

Sure.  You can upgrade your plan any time during your subscription. 

How long are your contracts?

All the plans can be paid monthly or annually. You can, of course, cancel your plan renewal at any time. 

How do I cancel my subscription?

To cancel your subscrition, open your AppDrag dashboard, click on your project, then on the "plan/upgrade" tab, and finally on "cancel".

What kind of websites can I create with AppDrag?

There is no limit to your creativity! You can build any kind of website you can possibly think of. You can start off by browsing our pre-made designs to get inspired, select one and customize it, or just start from scratch.

How many visitors can I have with 1GB of bandwidth?

Assuming an average page size is 200KB, five pages = 1 MB. There is 1000 KB in 1MB, and 1000MB in 1GB. So 1000MB x 5 = 5000 new page views per GB. If you have returning visitors, the cache system will serve up to ten times that amount of pages, so we're looking at up to 50,000 page views with 1GB.

Is additional bandwidth available if I need it?

Additional bandwidth is available for $0.25 per GB, with a minimum of 20GB ($5).  Auto-refill of bandwidth can be enabled or disabled in your project settings.

Do I have to know how to code?

NOT AT ALL! Using AppDrag does not, in any way, require you to be a developper. Our solution was designed to be used by absolutely anyone. Should you need assistance building your website, our tutorials and support section will help you with quick and easy tips and tricks. Plus, we're always here, in case you still need the help.

How does code export work?

When you are in advanced mode, right-click on the root folder (\), and click "Download .zip archive".

Do I need to host my website?

No, all our plans include high-performance hosting for your projects. Your site loads quickly and remains active in any and all conditions.  With fault tolerance and guaranteed performance, you can focus on your business.

Can I get additional translation credit?

You can buy more translation credits at any time. The price is $10 per 100,000 characters. You can use your credits in any of your projects. Translation credits are used when you want to pre-translate your pages to any of the ninety supported languages.

Could my website experience an outage?

It is technically possible, but it shouldn't, due to AppDrag's fault-tolerant, high-performance cloud infrastucture. With AppDrag's outstanding availability and performance standards, you can rest assured, and focus on your business.

Can I use AppDrag for my web design business?

Absolutely! AppDrag offers you very powerful website development tools which you can effectively use in white-label mode. Check out our Business plans to see which plan best suits the scale of your web-design business.

What kind of support do you provide?
